Would you help me realize my dream and Idea?

I have no any flat or room to live.

I am clever (now I am a graduate student) and nice.

I work and study hard and in future I will be rich and famous.

But it is difficult to live only in future or for future. Real life is in present. And for present I don�t want too much - to have a flat to live - it is minimum-minimorum in any life.

So if you have some (any) uncounted money - don�t think too much how to spend them (sent them me and they create a real values of life). I will be glad any help and happy in present in my own flat (for hundreds people 7000$ is not too much).
